Let's face it, real estate is what it is. This is starting to feel a lot like 2018 and 2019 for our business. The fourth quarter has actually heated up, which is normal for us. It's been a bit quiet. We're noticing prices dropping in Austin, but San Antonio is holding steady. I'm actively listing properties and selling houses, and you know what? We're gearing up for a fantastic fourth quarter.
Let's have some fun! We have Boerne Diva Night coming up in November. And in December, our annual Santa Day is happening again, where we're bringing Santa back.
