Toward the end of last year, it got quiet in the real estate business. However, that changed, and the housing market has been very busy since the start of 2023. This time last year, we had about a month's supply of inventory; now we have a little over three months. We're seeing more inventory and the market is stabilizing. Plus, a good number of buyers and sellers are active in the market, which is a little unusual considering that January and February are historically very slow months.
